Jake and I met Devon's great aunt randomly at a garage sale in Oct 2013. 5 months later, with the help of a grant from Maggie's Foundation, he had his first visit with the amazing Stan Patterson this past Sunday. By the end of the week Devon should have a new set of legs!!! His life will be forever changed. So awesome. You can see by the pics it takes a village - we even put Jake Bainter to work. - you just never know who your paths will cross and the purpose - but each encounter matters!!!
