South African Nationals done & dusted. Hard work and training does pay off. Received gold for the Time Trial and gold for the Road Race. Am chuffed with the first places I got but my times could have been a little better. The conditions were a bit tough, extremely hot and humid. Thanks to the organisers for a great event and thanks to all of you for all the support and encouragement it really means a lot to me.
